‘Pieced together’ was co-created with people seeking refuge and asylum, in partnership with Portsmouth City of Sanctuary and Aspex Gallery.
We sat together every week; played, arranged and rearranged coloured scraps of cloth and paper until the sum of our contributions had made 2 beautiful quilts. These were celebrated along with those who contributed at Aspex Gallery.
