The Western approach to land ownership and how maps were used as a tool to claim land is explored in this series. Inspired by the seemingly barren expanse of the Nullabor Plain in South Eastern Australia these works highlight indigenous practices of connectedness with a place in direct contrast to the mapping of an area solely to claim the financial benefits of its natural resources.
